Additionally, we have a separate Privacy Policy, which you agree to by accepting these Terms.

1. General Terms

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must also comply with all applicable laws. By using the Service, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms and will fulfill your obligations. The Service may be unavailable in certain countries, and we can change or limit access to it at any time. You can only use the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, and you must stop using the Service. The Service may have additional rules and restrictions. We may update the Service without your consent, but we are not required to provide updates.

2. Intellectual Property

We own or are licensed to all parts of the Service, and grant you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use it. We can terminate this license at any time. While using our service, you cannot upload materials that:

  • infringe upon third-party proprietary rights, including copyright, trade secret, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights, unless you have explicit permission to do so;
  • are illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, harassing, abusive, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, inflammatory, or otherwise inappropriate at our discretion;
  • depict illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote cruelty to animals;
  • impersonate someone else or otherwise misrepresent yourself;
  • encourage criminal activity, violate the rights of others, or violate any local, state, national, or international law; or
  • are unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotion, “spam” or any other form of solicitation.

You are solely responsible for any consequences of uploading, downloading, submitting, modifying, transmitting, creating, or otherwise making available materials using the Service, including any sound files, video files, or photographs.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use the Service and that your use of the Service will not infringe upon any other party’s rights or your contractual obligations to other parties.

If a third-party brings a claim against us alleging that your use of the Service violates their intellectual property rights or applicable law, you agree to defend us and indemnify us against any damages.

4. Third Party Links

The Service may have links to third party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other activities that we do not own or control. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. By accessing any third-party website, service, or content from the Service, you do so at your own risk. You also acknowledge that using our Service may expose you to inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or harmful content. We reserve the right to refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Use of the Service

The Service lets you access media from multiple platforms and download and/or convert that media. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with the law. We prohibit the use of the Service to download any content in violation of copyright laws. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations and to take full responsibility for your use of the Service. Prohibited activities include copying, distributing, disclosing, or scraping the Service, using any automated system to access the Service, spamming, interfering with system integrity or security, uploading viruses or worms, using the Service for commercial solicitation purposes, and accessing content through unauthorized means. We may take appropriate action against any user for any unauthorized use of the Service, including termination of use.

6. Copyright Claims

To comply with international intellectual property law, we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement as per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). To report infringement, please do it with the following information:i. The name of the copyrighted work that is believed to be infringed. Include a description and, where possible, a copy or the location (e.g., a URL) of an authorized version of the work;ii. The location of the material or activity claimed to be infringing. If it's within search results, provide the reference or link to the material. Describe the material and include a URL or any other information that can help us locate it on the Service or on the Internet;iii. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number and, if available, your e-mail address;iv. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by you, your agent or the law;v. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the work that is allegedly infringed; andvi. A physical or electronic signature from the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

7. Limitation of Liability and No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This includes damages resulting from (A) your access to or use of the Service; (B) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (C) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our maximum liability under these terms shall not exceed $100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless the Service, its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, as well as their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (1) your use of the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received; (2) your violation of any part of these Terms, including your breach of any representations and warranties; (3) your violation of any third-party right, law, rule, or regulation. We are not responsible for damages, claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from the User's breach of these Terms. You and we agree not to bring or participate in a class or representative action, private attorney general action, or collective arbitration to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms cannot be transferred or assigned by you, but can be assigned by us without restriction. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The English version of this document has legal effect. Translations to other languages are provided for convenience only.
